Suarez is seen chasing Giorgio for the ball and then
suddenly both men fall to the ground, with Suarez clutching his teeth as
if in pain while Chiellini pulls his shirt down to show the referee the bite marks on his shoulder. Unfortunately the referee didn't see the attack so didn't penalize Suarez but thankfully cameras captured it and people expect Suarez to be sanctioned again.
This is months after Suarez and his club manager claimed he'd changed his ways.
