Where's Delta bursary fraud whistleblower, Ambrose Ezewani?

It's easy for us all to move from this because this dude is not related to us or even someone we know personally...but if we as youths of this country keep quiet, this will continue to happen, and next time it could be you or me, or someone close to us.

The ex student of the University of Lagos and former President of the National Association of Delta State students, UNILAG chapter, was picked on Monday April 28th in Lagos by officials of the Delta State government after he blew the lid on a systematic student bursary racketing allegedly happening in the state. (In case you missed it, read here).

His friends say Ambrose hasn't been heard from since he was picked up last week. Where is he?

Nigeria has no regard for human life...!

  41. If you make peaceful protest...they'll pick you up, if you pen down your opinion peacefully...they'll pick you up, if you tweet about the wrong they are up to...they'll pick you up. But when you fall down a policeman will probably laugh and shout "stand up jor"-instead of picking you up. Humans have the right to talk and express themselves. It's even a law in naija. Right to speech, peaceful protests, etc. I hope they don't pick me up sha

Can you imagine the injustice- all the way from Boko Haram to noble and sincere individuals being picked up, they are failing to arrest men of political power who are marrying child brides, but taking away a whistleblower someone who exposed FRAUD happening close to him SMH and many people will be happy about it

  83. Linda, your report is very bais. You did not undergo a critical perusal of the garmut of events as regards the issue of the bursary before reporting. If I were you, I would have held from both sides before jumping into conclusion. This will enhance good journalism in Nigeria.
