Friends of Dufafa Waripamo-Owei, the Senior Special Assistant (Domestic & Social Events) to the President congratulated him on the pages of a newspaper for successfully completing his PHD at UNIPORT. They described him as Houseboy General of the Federation. Afi Houseboy ni...lol.
