Chibok girls: France offers to help Nigeria with security intelligence

The French govt has offered to help Nigeria by providing intelligence that would help in rescuing the kidnapped girls. This was made known by the Foreign Affairs minister of France, Laurent Fabius.

Speaking about it today, Mr Fabius said;
"The President has instructed to put the (intelligence) services at the disposal of Nigeria and neighbouring countries. This morning he asked us to contact the Nigerian president to tell him that a specialized unit with all the means we have in the region was at the disposal of Nigeria to help find and recover these young girls"
Meanwhile President Barrack Obama in an interview with ABC News condemned the abduction of the Chibok girls saying it was "outrageous" and "heartbreaking". He said this abduction could be the event that how awaken the entire world to work towards stopping Boko Haram activities
"It’s a heartbreaking situation, outrageous situation. This may be the event that helps to mobilize the entire international community to finally do something against this horrendous organization that’s perpetrated such a terrible crime.” he said.

See how govt of other countries are willing to help rescue those girls and some doubting thomas Nigerians are here denying the kidnap ish.Aerica and france can never agree to help if the kidnap is all a lie.we'll be shocked to learn that these countries have more intel on Nigeria than Nigerians do.

    The french are more trustworthy as compared to the Americans that always have ulterior motive if America steps in they will never ever live from the north the next thing you will hear is that they have acquired new in tell report that there are terrorist in Niger delta from there they will remain permant drilling our oil Israeli and frencg troops are better and sincere unlike the capitalist americans that seek economic gains

  28. France offer is a welcome one bearing in mind that most of our neighbours in that region is Francophone. The offer I am not comfortable with is USA because of antecedents. On several occasions they have come into our situations, the resultant effect is fatality. Abacha, Abiola, Yaradua (Doctrine of necessity). It is unfortunate that when ever we have problem, our former masters UK finds it difficult to help us. Please France impress it on Cameroon to block the insurgents from their angle.

  29. It is heartbreaking to read the comment of some people insinuating that the girls were not abducted and discrediting them because they can't speak English! It shows the level of your exposure! Most Chinese are "well educated" even to level of Doctorate and they can't speak a word. Of English. It is when they get to English speaking countries that they enroll for English classes. Even there was a time in this country when it was being advocated that students be taught in their modern tongue. How many citizens of Eastern Europe speak English. Don't add to the pains of the parents of these abducted girls by discrediting them. It is unconscionable. May the good Lord help us out of this trying time in the history of our dear country.

  32. The most recent insurgencies and the incapability of our so called security agents just turned Nigeria into a carcass with lots of "vultures" gathering around it.it's a good thing the international community is interested in the situation but I fear for what Nigeria will be paying with.I have this feeling the most recent developments have been setting the stage for the next big thing.Abeg o.
