Lupita's Nyong'o steps out in Grace Jones' inspired haircut

The Oscar winner attended the GLAAD Media Awards at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles last night rocking a masculine Grace Jones inspired flat top and a shiny monochrome dress. That hair... 

FYI: Lupita is wearing an Antonio Berardi dress, Christian Louboutin shoes, a Judith Leiber clutch, a Leroy’s Place Grace Jones ring, a Joan Hornig ring, and EF Collection earrings.
