Femi Fani Kayode...and his visit to the Presidential Villa

One of the biggest critics of Pres. Jonathan and his government visited him at the Presidential Villa  yesterday Tuesday April 8th for a closed-door meeting.

Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani Kayode, who recently criticized his party APC in an article titled 'APC and the strange dream of Muslim/Muslim Ticket, (where he revealed an alleged plan by some people in the party to foist a Muslim-Muslim presidential ticket on the party), refused to discuss why he went to see the president, telling the press...
"This is a presidential villa, the president is a president of Nigeria every single person in this country that is a Nigerian is entitled to come here from time to time, when the doors are open to come and pay their respect to the wonderful people that are here. As a Nigerian I have done that today and I’m delighted to be here."
Oh now they are wonderful people? Lol. Biko continue...

"I have always believed that every Nigerian regardless of the side of the political divide they belong, and as a Nigerian myself I have believed that we disagree on an issue from time to time. The most important thing is for us to be able to resolve these issues and come together to move this country forward. And I think every right thinking responsible person should be able to do that. They should also be able to come to the villa from time to time to see how they can help to move the country forward." Fani Kayode said
On if he is leaving APC, Femi Fani-Kayode said
“The step that I will take will be made known to Nigerians at the right time. The most important thing, and I think you are fully aware of this, is that I cannot and I will not be associated with a situation whereby any group of people is promoting a religion above another. I think all of us have gone past the stage of religious politics in this country. We must treat the Muslim community with utmost respect and we must that Christian community in the same way and even the non-religious”

  7. To me FFK returning to PDP is no news, coz he was never a force to reckon with politically, its just like Reuben Abati jumping to APC. Oh! They both share some similarities, men that are willing to betray their kinsmen over a mere pot of porridge from Aso rock.
FFK is just a mere political prostitute, a nagg,a p***y with gun, a demented and frustrated former minister who found solace in insulting and trading words with women especially of the Igbo extraction serving in the GEJ administration.
Once beaten twice shy they said, no wonder my people have learnt not to trust his kind, for they say one and do another.
If the columnist I knew in Guardian newspaper Reuben Abati could work for the govt he was hitherto critical of,am not surprised at Fan I Kayode's action for he is a true son of his father. Remi fani Kayode alias Fani power, events of 1965 buttresses this fact.
I only feel for those who form their opinion based on his stands as it pertains polity in Nigeria.
I learnt my lesson after Reuben taught us the hard way

  17. FFK is a big fool who places no value to words of his mouth, thus ever willing to contradict himself by himself. FFK to me, lost it long ago, he is only trying to get back to the point of
relevancy, lol, but it doesnt work like that, once gone, already gone. Besides, what do you expect from a fraudster like him? He
got to sing praises to the presidency,.atleast that if he succeeds may take away
the wrath of the law. FFK is looking for favor. QED

  18. This man is a megalomaniac, who has an over-bloated opinion of himself. I am absolutely sure that he has no electoral value and that he will be a liability to any party that finally rehabilitates him. I am sure he is looking for a way out of his EFCC troubles. APC with all due respect, should not hesitate to throw him out and forget him. He will continue to be a threat to the unity and purposefulness of the party if they insist on keeping him. I know the PDP very well. They do not suffer fools lightly. They will also DEAL with him when the right time comes. President Jonathan is looking for everyone and every goat to cling onto his repeat Presidential ambition. If he dump the goats like Fani when he achieves his ambition.

  52. Acts 9:1-19 (Saul’s Conversion). Tuesday, 08 April 2013 (Saul’s Conversion, again!!!). Water to wine; APC to PDP: Anything is possible in 2015 presidential election. Jesus turned water to wine. President Goodluck Jonathan turned Femi Fani-Kayode to PDP supporter. St. Goodluck Jonathan is a "miracle" worker. Money will win the 2015 presidential election. You have been warned. With money, all things are possible in 2015. Femi Fani-Kayode is not about politics. Femi Fani-Kayode don't give a sh!t about Christianity or religion. Femi Fani-Kayode don't give a damn about anyone of you. Femi Fani-Kayode only cares about truck loads of MONEY, for himself. Femi Fani-Kayode, "miraculously", dumps APC for PDP. Suddenly, Femi Fani-Kayode now supports President Goodluck Jonathan and PDP. Nigeria's 2015 presidential election will be very interesting, full of money, intrigue and drama and maybe, ...maybe.... we might even see St. Goodluck Jonathan walking on water. Grab your popcorn. lol

  55. Egbon FFK,

Muslim, Christian, Atheist, It doesn't matter, all we need is a competent and upright leader that will guarantee the rights of every individual in Nigeria no matter their faith.

Since our democracy, we have been having muslim/christian combinations, where has that led us? To borrow from Dr King, people should be judged by the content of their character and not by the tag they carry around. A selfless atheist with integrity, who believes in human rights and has the intellectual capacity to build our economy is far more valuable than any christian or muslim who will come and loot the treasury for himself, his family and cronies.

Of what use has our faiths been in our lives? We pour into churches and mosques day in day out but our attitude sucks big time.

If religion was the solution, we should be as developed as any advanced country now because we are obviously very religious. We are outwardly and pretentiously religious but will not follow the simple and honest dictates in our lives. Check our religious leaders, they cannot defend truth and honesty, just to save their lives. The problem is our character or attitudes, we hate each other, we are selfish and dishonest. How many of us remember the simple 'Love your neighbor as Thyself'? What about thou shall not steal? Stealing is stealing, with the pen, with the gun or with the hand.

Let's stop chasing shadows and do a proper introspection. Our problem is not religion but we have made it so. We need to face our real problem: corruption, et al.

FFK, "just like a dog that licks & relishes its vomits" I just hope your conscience will allow you sleep for betraying your followers & the Yorubas for a mere pot of porridge!
