  20. My dear Linda it is no longer the PHCN since privatization. As for the residents, if your power has been off, you wont get a bill, however if you have outstanding bills and you refused to pay be sure that you wont get power until you have paid, its no more business as usual, The Federal Secretariat Abuja was today cut off by the private owners of AEDC because of non payment of power bills.

  48. PHCN is highly corrupt organisation that collects bribes from petrol marketers and generators sellers in order to frustrate Nigerian . mostly in Lagos .. Our president and leaders , particularly Prof c. Nebo should wake up and fight this corruption for people to be free from this mess . Festac own is obvious ..Nigerians please wake up in JESUS name!

  49. corrupt PHCN collecting bribe from petrol marketers in order to frustrate Nigerian to be using generator .wake up leaders of this country and Prof c Nebo before it get out of hand . PHCN the worst terrorist more than Boko haram . you guys should repent now and give nigerians there right and stop deceiving nigerians with bribe .. your children's destiney is what you are trading with bribe ....the love of money is the beginng of all evil .....stop collecting bribe from petrol marketers and lebanese generator dealers mostly in Festac Lagos ....be warn . the wrath of GOD.

  50. The bill should just be signed at 0.00 and tax 0.00 because I also would refuse to pay it.
About the person above saying "this is a result of signing the anti-gay bill" remember that children of God never go unanswered. Is the reason why there are mass murders in UK and America due to having gay rights? Please look for somewhere else to do your blasphemy against our Mighty God
