Biola Alabi steps down as MD of M-Net Africa, now Director, Special Projects

After five years as Managing Director of M-Net Africa, Biola Abiola has stepped down from the role to take up a new role in the organization. In a press statement released by M-Net yesterday, Ms Abiola is now the Managing Director: Special Projects.
In this capacity her portfolio now focuses primarily on the broadcaster’s flagship productions including but not limited to the AfricaMagic Viewers’ Choice Awards, the popular reality super series Big Brother Africa and several exciting new initiatives.
Wangi Mba-Uzoukwu (pictured left) has been named as M-Net's first Regional Director, West Africa.
