Press release: Juwon Lawal confirms split from actress Uche Iwuji

In November 2013 we all heard that actress Uche Iwuji's marriage to businessman Juwon Lawal had crashed a year after the two tied the knot and just a few months after they welcomed a son. Uche took to twitter to deny it. Her husband, Juwon, also denied it.

Well, it seems they've decided to come clean. Juwon just released a press statement via his publicist announcing the end of his marriage to Uche. Find it below...
This should serve as the official statement confirming the end to the marriage formalized on Friday, November 16th 2012 between the CEO of ABD Fuels Plc, Mr. Juwon Rasak Lawal and actress Uche Iwuji. 
Already, the court processes are on to give a legal seal to the separation.
Mr. Lawal was in Europe on a business tour when the story first broke through the media.  This was the reason why he could not react appropriately to it, plus the fact that he felt the event could be redeemed.
Although, he would not want to talk about the reasons for the separation, Mr. Lawal is not married anymore to Miss Iwuji. And he will like to treat his estranged wife’s case as “once a friend, always a friend”. Status & Living Media - Publicist

      I would hardly take out time to comment but I can't help this. This would be Juwon's third failed marriage and he has three kids from all three of them. The guy is violent as hell and is a chronic womaniser. Don't know much bout Uche but I gotta say she deserves an award for being able to put up with this dude. U'll be fine.

      U are a fool. Uche married an Ibo man first and separated from him. Stephanie got married to an Ibo man first and got kicked out. Genevieve had a child for an Ibo man out of wedlock. Stephnora married an Ibo man and divorced. U talk as lf divorce is a taboo in Ibo land. There are many divorced Ibo men and women and now that Uche is alone, get married to her so she will no get married to a non Ibo person.
