Nigerians said 'No' to sex this Val unless there's a ring on the finger - Christians.ng sex survey

Valentine's Day and love is in the air. Flowers, cards, chocolates.... Sex? Christians.ng, Nigeria's No.1 online dating site for Christian singles to meet their soulmates, put the question to Nigerians during this romantic period - "Is sex before marriage ever acceptable?"

Nigerians answered in their thousands on this hot topic. It was a controversial question - one that sparked a lot of debate and discussion. And today, Christians.ng can reveal that the answer is no. 68% of Nigerians say that sex before marriage is wrong and that it is a sin. 

That being said, 52% of them did admit to having sex outside of the Holy union of marriage. And it seems that Nigerians are a forgiving people as well - even though they believe sex outside of marriage is a sin, 89% of them would marry a non-virgin. God loves us sinners! Continue...


Christians.ng final question was: Is sex outside of marriage for Christians a sin? 93% of Nigerians said YES.
