This is the second time the sect men are attacking Izge village. They had attacked the village on the 16th of February killing 63 people. In this recent attack, the men came at about 2am, chanting war songs as they killed elderly people in the village and burnt down all the standing buildings in the village. All the men, women and youths fled the village immediately they heard the sect men coming.
There were rumours that the federal government was planning to dissolve the democratic government in Borno state and bring in a military administrator to help stop the continuous attack by the sect men on the state but this has been refuted by the federal government.
Meanwhile the Nigerian government sealed a portion of its North Eastern border with Cameroon yesterday to block the movement of criminal groups from entering into the country
That's a good move the Nigerian government, boko haram insurgent is no longer an issue alone for Nigerian government, the international community also must intervene

ReplyDeleteJonathan no go do anything now about this incessant killings of innocent people. He is only interested in covering up his ass against financial frauds, and bringing up issues that are inconsequential for debates in the National Assembly.

Nigeria government shud stand up , where are this mother fuckers get their weapons and sponsorship from. Closing border with cameroon is not the problem, cameroon borders are well secure and full arm round the clock , since from the last kidnapping of those french citizen cameroon government is playing his role very well, to tell how secure cameroon is militaryly the have central africa issue calm down becuase of the rapid intervention unit that was deploy into our borders, that just show u hw all the giant of africa u scream abt is lame , same nigerians are the one sponsoring boko haram . Where are they getting arms from , same nigerian are the one importing arms and arming boko haram . Tell boko haram to come try dat their nonsense in cameroon , 24 hours is plenty to flush them out. Tell nigerian government boko haram is destroying his country image , insecurity, linda post my comment .
ReplyDeleteI keep asking where the f**k are the soldiers?
ReplyDeleteGod help Nigerians.
ReplyDeleteOp no corp member r posted dere.. hmmm ds BKH issue is becoming alarming. I think jonathan know dem (bkm) does in charge but he's scare to fish dem out. Come to think of it...... wenever Jona visit nny of d northern statte y didn't BKH attach or show @dat point in time. sincerely who r d BKH no doubt d govt r d BKH who r tryn to destroy each oder regime. If nt y can't Jona declare a state of Emergency. Thxs
ReplyDeleteI hate to say this but Goodluck Jonathan deserves to be impeached. The number of Nigerians that ve died from this BH menace is too much. Ukraine just had protested where few pple died compare to d numbers dat ve died in Nigeria and the people agreed n removed d president. America value a single soul but here counting death rate is like counting numbers in school. Its sad that people r heartless. If Jonathan happens to loose any of his child to BH am sure by next day dis BH tin will end but becos he lacks value for nigerian citizens dat y dis tin is still increasing. What kind of democracy do we pratice wen we can't save guard lives
ReplyDeleteUmu Igbo in the North plz come home. Let Boko Haram(Hausa) wipe out all Hausas and their wicked mind bcos they are d architect of dis whole mess.
ReplyDeleteNaija ninjas showin em selfs anyhow....pls pst ma coment
ReplyDeleteI have never seen an incompetent and inept govt! God save us all
ReplyDeleteImagine... This Jonathan ehn.. He was advised to close this border long ago, immediately boko haram started killing people, buh did not listen. Wah difference does it make nau, would it bring back those people's lives.... People out there would think you doing good, when you not. You not coming back.
ReplyDeleteGEJ shud mention d names of BH sponsors..no need to be afraid so dat dis kllings wil stop.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good move by the Federal government.
ReplyDeleteWhy are they stating the "closing of the border" as if boko haram is coming from cameroon into Nigeria?
ReplyDeleteNa wah oh niaja people.
Abeg y'all need to handle this problem asap. Boko harem will not exist without funding. That finding is coming from the internal government not from another country.
D issue of Boko haram has become an irony. Nobody knws anytyn anymore, jsy lyk politics, dirty nd complicated. God help us
