ReplyDeleteAt first, I couldn't believe Obasanjo wrote that letter. His choice of word is not what one will expect from a former president. Who has forgotten what he(Obasanjo) did to Amadu Ali when the former PDP chairman wrote to Obasanjo complaining of how he's handled party affairs. Obasanjo booted him out of the party and asked EL-Rufai to demolish his(Ali's) house.
It baffles me how the same man thinks he's on a moral high ground to lecture The president on how to fight corruption and handle party affairs.
The same man who single handedly changed his parties constitution to make himself a lifetime BOT chairman is lecturing us about rule of law. He must really think we've all forgotten.
The truth ramains that Obasanjo is frustrated because he's unable to ruled from Otta farm. That was why he gave us late Umoru and Jonathan. I expected a man who single handedly impossed these men on us to also come out and apologise to Nigerians, instead of heating up the polity. But you all know him, his ego won't allow it, he think we're all stupid. He is now lecturing us on corruption, when he(Obasanjo) is corruption personified. I know all this because Haliburton and Siemens bribe money were shared in my presence and I know who collected what. Obasanjo has no reason or what's so ever to be lecturing us about the same corruption he institutionalized. He should go and die, if he's now fed up with his own creation.
OBJ is condemning GEJ, he should be ashamed of himself afterall, he was in better position to transform Nigeria and make name even more than Mandela but greedy make him to loose all. Now he is condemning GEJ that has not spent up to 4 yrs in office.

What OBJ said was simply the truth GEJ is sinking the ship of our nation and someone has to tell him the truth and the same man God used to put him where he is, is the same man God is using to advice him and all of us should reason well and see reasons with him. There is so much blood shed in our country today, there is so much confusion in our land today, 2015 is heating up our nation, there is so much corruption in our land, impunity is the order of the day, our nation is in turmoil, kidnapping everywhere, what more can we say, the signs of a failed state is what we see all over and yet we all sit down and play ethnic and religious politics with the future of our nation.
