Cardinal Okojie reacts to Chris Okotie's attack on Catholics

Former Bishop of Lagos, retired Cardinal Anthony Okojie has finally reacted to the offensive remark made by Chris Okotie of Household of God where he said all Catholics will go to hell because they worship Satan and are led by an anti-Christ Pope. (If you missed it, read it HERE)

Reacting, Cardinal Okojie said Okotie needs to watch what he says or he'll be disgraced
“It is always good to talk on what you know, not on what you do not know. The problem we have today is that a lot of people put their mouth in what does not concern them because they want people to know that they too are there; that they can be reckoned with.
“I don’t think that is the way to do things, no. I think the best thing is to always put your mouth where God puts it, if you don’t want to be disgraced.” Okojie said

      Its a free world, everybody has a right to what ever he says so okotie's world should not annoy any clergy! okotie can even wake up tomorrow and declare himself god that will judge the universe and determine who goes to heaven and who does not, that's his right, cos its a free world, so he should say whatever he likes that's his opinion it doesn't hold water in terms of what God thinks, want or will do.

    Well am not condeming catholic but I do know the last pope left for a reason. I believe pope benedict was a good man who refused to dance to the tune of the devil hence he was forced to resign. I do believe that this new pope is playing a particular script and soon enough it will all manifest. He had already said he doesn't have anything against gays and I believe soon, he will endorse it into catholic church. He preaches what the pple like to hear instead of what the word of GOD says forgetting that GOD is no respecter of persons.     Heaven or hell is not by the church one attend but is by your relationship with God and others. Don't attack church or personality and always watch what you say because your mouth can lead you to hell very easily than anything. If u want to worship God, worship Him in truth and in Spirit and not by the church your attend. God is everywhere. If you go to church because of this pastor or Rev or this you will be disappointed, go to church because it is God's house and where the faithful gather to worship him. Your heart is what God look after.

    I just pity those that left catholic church. They have lost it all. When we don't have many churches in nigeria except the catholic and fe orthodox churches, was Nigeria not better than this. We have so many churches yet full of terrible people. People would you leave catholic church and says they were blind before but now see . They will forever be blind because you have left where the truth is. Our problem with most of us have not left the shore of this country. Travel out and see how developed countries that have mainly catholic church as their church is striving Go to Angelina, Brasilia, uk, Belgium, Italy, France , America and find out if all these new generation churches that are there. If those countries have new churches as we have, they wouldn't have developed. Ask yourself today that if the G O of that church is no more today, so many of u wil leave those churches and move to another new church. Please for those of u go back to catholic church thatst he only church that has good family background. We are omly honoring mary as u ppple honors your mother. I must confess to u that I have gotten so many things praying thru the rosary. It has indeed helped me. Don't say what u don't know. Catholic church will remiin foreva. With all the biased allegations, te church still remains and grow stronger. Our problem will remain until we go back to the basics and see how things would turn around for good.     Oktie please read your Bible.Isaiah 61:1-3 says the spirit of the sovereign Lord is on me(you), because the Lord has anointed me(you)to preach good news to the poor.He has sent me(you)to bind up the brokenhearted,to proclaim freedom for the prisoners, read vases 2$3.You should think of doing the work given to you by God,not condeming another church.
