Photo: MTN ambassadors Don Jazzy & Saka shoot TV commercial

Got a photo from the TV commercial MTN ambassadors Don Jazzy and Saka shot on Saturday for a new MTN campaign. The TV commercial shows Saka singing along to a massive hit with Don Jazzy sitting in the booth doing all the mixing. It will launch in two weeks.

    Who the shag is Saka?
    I think if telecom companies spent half the monies they expend on all these commercials to improve their services,their customers will advertise them or the services will advertise it itself.
    Why spend so much advertising brands that aren't efficient?
    In all,I like Don Jazzy so no hate!

    They sure used make up for Don J...well that's not the point, my point is Nigeria is a messed up country tbh, misplaced priorities. Like how is this adverts or ambassadors gonna make me buy a MTN sim when I'm in Nigeria ? I ask I ask again...so I would go and buy mtn sim for my iphone and ipad when I clearly know the network is slow AF because some Donj, D'prince, iyanya and sh! T are theirs ambassadors..left to me all this is a perfect waste of time, waste of time I tell ya. Can they actually use this money to make their network better. Can they ? Mtn's network is below par and it is so shit..was in Naija July and was so gutted, had to be waking in up in the mid night to check instagram and twitter...like is that why we are here ? After four days I couldn't keep up, I went to buy Etisalat (I actually commend them cos the difference between Mtn and Etisalat's network was so freaking clear). However, I still wasn't satisfied cos i still couldnt go on youtube, so I went ahead to ask around and they said swift 4G...I bought that one and I still had to wait and then I gave up. Was so pissed I branched Mtn office to blast them (yeah they thought I was mad that day). If I had passed Etisalat and swift I would have done the same thing. Now tell me, why am I using 3 different networks just to get Internet and I still didn't get a good one, why ? Why ? Isn't this meant to be their priority, why is signing people everyday the priority ? I mean no beef with people they are signing but I'm just gutted with the way this firms handle stuffs. Enough is enough. Or am I the only one who cannot standard this hot mess ? Linda plz post my comment oo, plz plz I typed this in anger and actually took a break from my desk at work just to type dis and that's why I've tried as much as possible to remove using negative words from what I initially typed. Tnxx :)

      These network providers need to spend their resources on providing better network and not on frivolities please!!!
      Nigerians deserve better, especially with the ridiculous amounts being charged for the less than adequate services!

    I like Don Jazzy and Saka gets me giggling even without saying a word but celebrity endorsement/ads does not automatically translate to more subscribers or better services!
    MTN shud pls work on their crappy network...stealing data plans, airtime and annoying BIS palaver.
    Can't wait to see d advert tho! Don J and Saka!!!! Nice combo.

    As they are paying huge sums of money to entertainers for commercials they should also pay their staff living wage too o.cos many of these companies that signs artists as ambassodors cannot pay their workers better salary and wages.
