Photos: Kim Kardashian finally makes full post-baby debut...

The reality star finally showed her face in public since giving birth in June and TMZ got the exclusive photos. Kim, Kanye, baby North and a nanny were photographed going into an LA medical facility yesterday Wednesday August 14th. They all look really happy, especially Kanye.
