The multi millionaire music exec and X-Factor judge was photographed kissing his pregnant married lover, Lauren Silverman, on the deck of his yacht in the South of France over the weekend. Lauren is still legally married to Simon's good friend, real property millionaire Andrew Silverman, though they are said to have reached a divorce agreement. More photos after the cut...
