I read some people here saying he used "Thalidomide" wrongly, that its an old sedative drug, and he called it a "steel gun", he said "still bound" meaning Nigerians political system being in a state of political and democratic thalidomide will experience the conditions of being sedated, which puts it in a condition of being "still bound" just as when sedated.

  133. For those who have been asking, Thalidomide was developed as a sleeping pill but was found to cause birth defects in pregnant women (you may google brith defects from thalidomide).
