How did they manage that? The rapper is currently in the US to attend the BET awards taking place this Sunday June 30th at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. Ice Prince is up for Best International Act: Africa Category.

    Sorry Linda but not the NYC that I live in. The only way traffic could b stopped in the heart of the city Is (A) if the traffic light is on Red, (B) if there is an accident (C) if u get a permit from the city of NY for things like parades and to shoot a movie etc. Other than those mentioned, some random visitors can't come to obstruct traffic bCuz they're who? NYPD officers are everywhere in the city so I know that's not possible. Not hating but Linda post factual stuff Abeg ur readers ain't mugu's. At least not me. If u like don't post my comment.     Linda,well,as far as I know, American values the life of human being. If a vehicle can stopped for an animal that was crossing the road then what are we now saying. Moreover,as you can see,they were standing on a cross line and it's an offence for a moving vehicle to obstruct a pedestrian while crossing......dunno of NYC thou but I knw of my state.
