That Wizkid has a son is no longer news. What's news now is that the lil man turned two a few days back and Wizkid surprised him with a lot of birthday presents. Is d tattoo on d left arm of Whizkid or Boluwatife? D report is not clear on that. Its important. If d tattoo is on Whizkid, no offence. If d tattoo is on Boluwatife, then both Whizkid and d tattoo maker have committed d offences of assault and child abuse. A tattoo cannot be made on a person, without d person's consent. Boluwatife is a minor and by law, cannot give consent. Even if he gives consent at 2 years of age, that consent is null and void. Tribal marks put on children below 18years of age is an offence.

Section59(2) of d Criminal Procedure Act states "Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any Act, a police officer may make a complaint in a case of assault even though the party aggrieved declines or refuses to make a complaint."
