Btw, why are you people upset? Fighting for a position in a religion that's not for you and one that wasn't started by Africans, so why the noise? Christianity is only in Africa because of the need for imperialism, colonization, and slavery, FACT.
Christianity was not brought to Africa with good intentions, yet you people cannot free yourselves from mental slavery.

A prime example is this: Every time something bad happens in Nigeria, people start shouting for God to do something instead of getting off of their asses to do it. Waiting for a miracle that will never happen.
Do you think America and Europe, and now many countries in Asia, got to where they are today by sitting on their asses waiting for "God" to do something? Its very disheartening.
Stop using religion as a fucking crutch! A lot of Africans are even more religious/Christian than the Europeans!! They're all laughing at you while they continue to bleed Africa dry.
      WAKE UP!!!!!!!!

Cardinal Arinze who has spent more than 20years and occupies one of d most strategic positions at d Vatican,Prefect of d Sacraments, which is second after that of Faith. is no stranger or novice when it comes to d issue of Papcy.
btw we implore d Holy spirit to guide the princes of d church as they elect the new bishop of Rome, successor of St Peter and Supreme pontiff.
we Catholics don't care where he comes from, coz in Christ Jesus there's no east or west.

PLEASE EDUCATED YOURSELF! When the Catholic church was behind and supported the enslavement of Africans to which they benefited from immensely. Africans need to wake up and stop being slaves to the white man's religion.
The Bible even says that dark people are dark because they're cursed.
What kind of shit is that?

How many times will i tell you fucking Africans to leave the white man's religion for them. Its not made for us, there are all sorts of racist texts. Also, the Roman Catholic church supported AND profited heavily from slavery!! Wake up people and free yourselves from colonial slavery. Trust me, you will be happy you did. There are plenty of ways to lead a spiritual life without conforming to ideologies that aren't "African"friendly.
This is the main reason why much of Africa is in its piss poor state today.

  86. Wow! Having looked at the list of the most likely candidates to replace the pope, I found out there were two west Africa candidates. One from Nigeria, and the other our sister country Ghana.I was able to discover majority points at the Nigerian candidate. However it pains me so much that he is likely not to win. Not because he may not win the votes,or deserves to be the pope, but because of this racism factor. Today in the world the racism is unthinkable even in the holy church. I keep wondering what kind of christanity is been preached??? Also in the african community both at home and in dispora, tribalism in schools, at work, in the market, in marriage, in politics, and most importantly in the CHURCH is the cap of the day.
I think its time we think deep and ask our inner minds, if indeed we profess true christanity?
Even if you belong to the muslim faith or any other faith, I'm sure your doctrines teaches about love. Love knows no boundaries, tribe or colour.
Jesus Returns soonest. So let's build a good relationship with God. Tribalism or racism might look so little, but indeed it is huge.
Let's stop all this self hate, and tribal war that exists in this blog, and in all aspect of our lives.
    God bless you all.
    Regards,
    The one that loves all.

What exactly is the experience needed? Molest little boys 101? One sweet day my fellow black-Africans will wake up and realise they are pawns in an imported religion. The willingness to accept and kneel before a "God" that does not look like us is the genesis of innate "African inferiority complex" - think deep and think fast.
Pope Ratzinger a German as Pope? A German with a Nazi past. And then the audacity to state there is an issue with an African Pope. If that is not enough of an insult and a reality check then l dont know what is.
