What is wrong with these congratulatory messages?

It's the same guy, Senator Maeba. Found it in one of the dailies. Do you guys see what's wrong with the congratulatory messages placed side by side? Lol.

    I just had to comment...Please take note, Lee Ledogo Maeba is 47 years old!!!!!!! He was 37 when he was elected Senator Of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria in 2003.
