Akeem Sodeinde shuts down club as he battles diabetes

 Akeem before and now

The Movida nightclub front man has shut down his highly patronized night club as he battles with diabetes and kidney related diseases. The club was being run by his brother while Akeem tried to get better, but for reasons not made public, the club was shut down last week Friday...prompting the death rumour.
"I am alive, hale and hearty,' the once bulky businessman said 'Though I have been sick for sometime now and that's known to people. Death is not my portion'.

Akeem has lost a lot of weight since falling sick and now supports himself with a walking stick to move around. Close friends believe he will get better soon as he is currently undergoing comprehensive medical treatment

  42. Besides the gene related influence of these ailments, alcohol is a synonymous "causative agent" to both Diabetes and Kidney diseases...

Be Wise Nigeria, all alcohol profits goes abroad even alomo. They leave you dead from either accidents or bad health, it destroys marriages which inturn affects the kids and their future life.

Alcohol have killed more Nigerians than the atlantic Ocean and 3rd mainland bridge put together.

Finally, I "Ben Ehis Iyoha" takes alcohol (am no saint) but a very very minimal quantity. I don't drink beer or stout (I don't want a large flabby tummy)... I do just wine and sometimes spirits mixed with juice "responsibly".

"Cue", is different from "Queue" to Queue is to line or stay behind some1 or sometin... To Cue is to pick a point you want to use for smthing, DJ's use this!

Pick a lexicon now and tell urself you are foolish!

  70. Diabetes if well managed can be controlled my almost 70 year old aunt on my Dad's side has had diabetes for almost 30 years and she has managed ok thanks to her doctors managing the condition well with drugs. Hers is not the insulin kind. What kills people with diabetes is the lack or poor management of the disease no proper checkups or medication. Plus if you have family history of diabetes either on your mom or dad's side please get your blood sugar level checked regularly. I do so because of my aunt and so far am okay and will stay that way in Jesus name. Plus I have also changed my diet accordingly to prevent this disease. Diabetes and high blood pressure go hand in hand that's why people with Diabetes are more likely to develop HBP than those without. The key to preventing diabetes first and foremost is your diet!!!! People I can't stress this enough watch what you eat and like I said before look at your family history if any of your family members have this disease chances that you may also develop it are quite high just like breast cancer. Start all the way from your grandparents on both sides and your uncle and aunties (blood related ooo not "respect" uncles and aunties)that are offspring's of your grandparents then move to your parents and siblings. It runs within families but can be prevented and controlled if diagnosed
