Who owns this mansion opposite Hilton in Abuja? This edifice is worth
hundreds of millions of Naira and everybody is asking who the heck owns it or
what the heck it is...
I trust my readers, Oya tell us what you know about the building...
That house doesnt look like a residential building, it looks more like a court or a town hall or something else... Naija people sha, anything is possible
The building is opposite Hilton in Abuja , it belongs to AA oil. He is originally from kogi state. All his buildings in Abuja look like this structure . He owns the telecoms building in wuse 2 opposite dabras hotel on amino Kano crescent. He also build Andy ubas hilltop mansion in maitama and rahmania s house on the same hilltop off Nile street. He was accused of sneaking alameighsiah into the country dressed as a woman during obj,s regime. He owns the only buggati in Abuja and if u look at this building well , it's identical to all his other buildings in Abuja. He owns over a dozen of such buildings none costs less than a billion naira. Some are worth over 6 billion. He has been accused of being a front for several politicians and government official. Only God knows the truth and source of his wealth. Hope this helps settle the speculation
This building is opposite Hilton, gana street abi? Fountain and statues dey inside am sef! And the gate... Hmm no comment. Me I suspect its a night club or telecommunication firm. Maybe na d same ppl that own that 4g Telco in wuse 2 that hasn't opened yet.
Why do u want to know. There are madder houses than this in lag and Abuja. My crib is even bigger so kini big deal.. U obviously dont have any gist for us.
Who cares?! What's it to you, or I?! Mchew!! Local surrounding. Typical of Nigerian houses/building. Expensive house with gutter outside, or dead grass, or mama ekaetes's mama put right across the road, etc. It might look good but I am not moved by it,unless it is a source of employment. America wannabe looking thing. How original (!)
I saw this house when I was home last summer, it's really gone far, looks almost finished. I remember one of the securities in Hilton' saying that it belong to the gov. It is for royalty visit.
Madam Linda, ure the boss. So you should know. And I know you know. Lol. Heard its owned by a lady though. Money is good. Have you read this Igbo Woman's open letter to Cossy and Tonto Dikeh HERE ?
It belongs to AA Rano but Mohammed Bello Adoke(minister of justice and attorney general of the federation) is suppose to buy it, so don't knw if the deal was made .. Na our money o fellow nigerians let's all pack and move in since our house is Ready
*Linda. Got a prediction. If the owner dies, this edifice will quickly go into ruins very quickly. We don't have a culture of maintenance. The owner should give it out to professionals to manage and not to hif family members.
I asked d very same tin ystday wen we passed it. U won't undrstand d structure in a picture until u see it. Its crazy I tell u. I tink it might be a lodge or sometin
Lindiway I know d owner of d house but won't call d name,he's from Kogi state,he owns such edifice at ministerial Hill in Abuja, and sold one to a former presidentbof Nigeria at a cost close to a billion naira. He's a great philantropist, could recall an occasion he gave five hundred thousand to a woman selling mama put on a site he planned to work on.
Whoever it is, hopefully he had the wisdom to install soundproof windows and doors, given the cacophony of noise, honking, taxis and the perennial holdup at that junction....oh, and by the way, he has the glorious view of the 'ladies of the night' constantly selling the wares around his house.
Building belongs to Okene 'oil magnate': A A Oil. Take it from me, I was part of the team dat built it. Unless he gave it out or sold it (as is his custom), it remains his property!!
It's such a shame. Look at the beautiful house surrounded by ugly looking streets. Even with their stolen billions they will still live in the slum. Slum dog billionaires.
Oh dis mansion, ahn ahn tot every 1 knwz abt †Ñ’ξ mansion already... Ok 4 those daht don't knw,it one trash ɪ̣̝̇ built sum years bck #idon'tlikeitanymore,ɪ̣̝̇ 'm move'и out. *not interested* *big smile* prodigy
