Pregnancy is really not an excuse to gain so much weight. Stop consuming two plates of guru cos ur baby don't need all dat. Eat average as recommended by your doctor, that way, u won't have so much to shed after pregnancy. I lost all my 35lbs as soon as d baby came out.
I agree with you I weighed 64kg b4 preg, after preg I weighed 74, I'm 5 weeks post preg and I have lost 3 kg so far,I'm working out everyday my tummy is totally gone,just needs firming up..so pls people no such thing as eating for2. Just eat extra healthy,more fruits,more veggies,more protein,more fibre.and exercise ohhhhh!im a testimony.beyonce no reach me small for Weightloss after pipkin.

ReplyDeletePregnancy is really not an excuse to gain so much weight. Stop consuming two plates of guru cos ur baby don't need all dat. Eat average as recommended by your doctor, that way, u won't have so much to shed after pregnancy. I lost all my 35lbs as soon as d baby came out.

DeleteI agree with you I weighed 64kg b4 preg, after preg I weighed 74, I'm 5 weeks post preg and I have lost 3 kg so far,I'm working out everyday my tummy is totally gone,just needs firming up..so pls people no such thing as eating for2. Just eat extra healthy,more fruits,more veggies,more protein,more fibre.and exercise ohhhhh!im a testimony.beyonce no reach me small for Weightloss after pipkin.
