Lupe Fiasco thrown off stage for bashing Obama at inaugural concert

Lupe Fiasco was kicked off stage at an Obama Inauguration party in Washington D.C last night after launching into an anti-Obama rap during his set...

He was booked as the headliner for the StartUp RockOn concert in celebration of Obama's reelection, and during his performance of 'Words I Never Said' Lupe spit,
"Limbaugh is a racist / Glenn Beck is a racist / Gaza Strip was getting bombed/ Obama didn’t say s--- / That’s why I ain’t vote for him / next one, either / I’m part of the problem / my problem is I’m peaceful"
Next thing you know, Lupe's mic went silent and the lights on stage went out. Lol. He refused to leave the stage so a team of security guards came on stage and asked him to go. See the video after the cut...

    1) it was an unofficial inaugural concert. Not funded by the White house, but donations

    2) People complained to the concert promoters hence the move

    3) He wasnt forced out, he was asked to leave

    4) Who cares who he voted for, Obama won, inaugural parties shout be unifying, not divisive. Lupe should save his anti Obama and USA stunts for the appropriate audience.

    5) 100 yrs from now, people will be like Lupe who?? But Obama is in ALL history books FOREVER!!! NEXT!

    Words i never said is not a new song nau. So it's not like he made up those lyrics on the spot to diss Obama or something. Those are the original lyrics of the song, and it would have been hypocritical of him if he had edited it. Only thing he could have done is not perform the song at all, but that wouldn't have been an option for him since he prides himself as an activist.

    Lupe Fiasco is plain stupid! I tot he had more sense than he exhibited. 1. You can't come to a national public occasion and call people racist. 2. His not voting for Obama is insignificant, isn't it? Most of American don't agree with him as Obama is still the President. 3. You can't come to a man's happy occasion to say disrespectful things about him even if you has a valid case against Obama. Which I dont think Lupe Follishasco has. Lupe has no single idea how deep the Gaza Strip Politics is. That was very immature of Lupe.
