    1. Who says everyone up north is against western education? Stop generalising! Boko Haram does NOT represent the whole north you know right?

  5. All this flying abroad is rather annoying because lots of poor Nigerians die everyday for lack of proper medical attention. Or do we all have to be Governors or Emirs or First Ladies to deserve it?

    10. But what part of your brain is still functioning that you cannot understand and appreciate english grammar , people just express their thoughts from a vernacular point of view , just goes to show that it is not only our leaders that are daft as well . I will enjoin you to start an adult education class near your house .

  12. NYC-1 says: I hope they recover as soon as possible. On the other hand, are Nigerian doctors not good enough to treat certain class of people? I hiss at this style of life the ruling class have come to embrace. They live as if life is meant for them alone to have all the essentialities. If you guys can't fix the minimal things in Niaja to create some sense of independence, then you can as well forget that you have a System.

What will a poor man do if he finds himself in the same situation as the Emir's sons? I wish his sons well; but you guys who call yourselves the ruling class are causing more harm than good in Nigeria. I know the Emir might be an illitrate(perhaps, from military family) and may not be able to read this, however, let me ask this question: Suppose your sons situation is a race against time and immediate medical attention is needed, do you think that they will make it travelling for 6 hours to London?

  14. Every time fly abroad for treatment whereas we can afford to build first class hospitals + employ specialist Doctors in Abuja and all other state capitals but our corrupt politicians will rather prefer to line their pockets.Shame of a country.

  24. They criticise western innovations and way of life but their traditional and spiritual leaders/rulers buy roll royces and bentleys worth millions of naira...now their being flown to the "west" for "treatment"....it was only a matter of time. We can pray for Nigeria from now till 2mr but it won't change what will eventually happen.

  25. O JEHOVAH, heal our land and let the nations marvel at the works of your hand. Heal our hearts, heal our leaders, heal our country, heal our generation. IJN. Amen

  26. Why do people lament all the time when someone travels abroad for treatment,is it ur money they travelled with.even regular people travel abroad for health reasons. Is it the emir or his sons that will fix the healthcare system in the country. People should just wish him recovery and stop dwelling on where he is being treated. Kai nigerians have become so insensitive to life.

  39. So sad that some fools are ranting over nonsense grammatical blunders here rather than open their minds to the issue at hand.
I do not think it`s nigerians who are carrying out all these evil attacks as i am sure the northerners would not attack their emir. I pray our government tightens security at the border where these miscreants come in through.
