See government. They said the kidnappers have been in contact and obviously made a ransom demand BUT the government is looking for alternative arrangements if anyone else has seen them. That is indirectly putting her at more risk.

  4. Something decisive should be done by security operatives about this rather than just the normal blablabla we hear before kidnapping turns out to be a stable business in Nigeria.

    1. Madam smart ass, negotiations with terrorists/kidnappers keeps them in business. The government must take a stand to not negotiate with them and be serious about it so as to secure the lives of the citizens. S

  19. So much for a country, too weighty for our nascent democracy and great threat to our very delicate unity.Boko haram in d north, militancy in d south, kidnapping in d east, indiscipline in d west, road accidents on land, plane crashes in d air and confused leadership.A call to prayer: for Nigeria in distress.

  30. Okay, now that the kidnappers have her, what will they do if they don't get the money they are looking for? Surely kidnapping for ransom should be made a capital offence liable to the death penalty???

  37. Kidnappers should receive capital punishment like instant death or shoot at sight, i believe it will go a long way in curbing the menace but on bitter truth is that some security officials are solidly behind the game.........
