  51. Wow! It was so stressful getting in apart from trying to park your car in a safe place, we all had to trek miles down to the stage, no avknowledgement to welcome his guests till about 3am and all he could say was apologize only to the "VIP"thanks to basket mouth n Bovi for saving the show as well as ajebutter n other artists. 2face would ve stolen the show completely if he performed. Tinnie Tempah really was amazing. Big ups to the online streaming team they did an excellent job i can testify ........All the best dbanj n team

  53. Seriously I like the fact that he totally leveled all the people. Naijas too like show off. Do you know who I am? do u know who my father is. Well just like when u get to the pearly gates, u shall all be on the same level.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I had fun. I didnt like that I had to walk that far but I really had fun.

    ReplyDelete
  55. dbanj if u ever organize any event in naija again, you better choose a well known venue if not no one will come out. What kind of nonsense is this making people walk that far to get to a venue. Was it the queen of england visiting that we couldnt park close to the venue? or provide shuttle buses. Stop trying to amass wealth and not deliver QUALITY goods.

    1. Dbanj can never do a show in this Lagos again! The only 3 ways he can succeed/salvage whatever is left of his credibility r; 1. Bring Michael Jackson back from the dead to perform 2. Do same with Whitney Houston or 3. Have Don Jazzy endorse his show...aside this, dbanj should forget doing a show in this country ever again!

  56. The more reason why people went for the show was because of Idris Elba make db no think am o

    ReplyDelete
  57. Dey there dey joke. Don't you know the long trek was to drain your energy and sweat as an offering to his illuminati god/satan? All that just so the show will not flop! I weep for naïve souls.

  68. I understand that dban'j needed more space due to the crowd expected. Making me walk for 90 minutes was not even the problem but getting their and standing after paying 1 MILLION naira for table was the height. It was even struggle to find where to stand,I just had to leave. Other than that the show wouldn't have been so bad

I had high expectations for the show and expected dbanj to have viewed the venue and made sure everything was on point.

How long did people even "trek" for?

    ReplyDelete
  71. Its at times like this you appreciate Ayo Makun's professionalism in organizing shows. For the sake of it, disregard his misuse of twitter.
Going forward, I wonder why DBanj's show was sold out. His songs are very uninteresting, and the only reason that place was full, I suppose is because people just wanted to show off that they were at koko concert and Idris Elba is on stage.
The present 25 - 35 generation are rather too childish and materialistic.

  81. Am so mad right now. N100k ticket just go like that. Couldn't find my table, Got angry and left and worst of all we had to call people outside to know if we were lost inside bcos we were not sure of how to get out. By 12:45am or thereabout D'banj now drove in with 50 other cars and 5police car escort and passed tru another route reserved for him. Now the question is this; WHY IN THE WORLD DID WE BUY TICKET FOR A 2 TABLES IF THERE WAS NO PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT?. D'banj you fall people hand. I still hand sand in my shoes.

  85. I'm sure most of u commenting here didnt even buy 5k ticket to d concert. Why are people making it look like everybody paid 1million? They was 5k and 20k. Ticket then 100k. Forget the walk, this is thhe biggest concert that has ever been done in nigeria, no one has ever pulled such crowd as dbanj did, and he did a. Really great job putting all that together. No be beans. Tinnie, idris, big sean and over 25 naija artists in one concert, big ups to him mehn. I'm sure don jazzy's people are responsible for writing this nonsense, and jazzy is not a nice person his just jealous because now everybody can see dbanj has been covering his yansh. Whatever sha, i had fun, and didn't trek much because i got there on time and the security was on point and there was plenty champagne on our table. I trekked on my way back thou but it was about 15mins i'm sure it just took the lazy fat no gym going people 10x the actual walk. Koko concert rocked, and i'm glad i went, but next time i'm sure dbanj. Will say no to Lagos state when they offer him a jagajaga venue like that. God bless.
