ReplyDeleteMay her soul rest in peace, she was a lady to be admired and emulated.
ReplyDeleteYou know Linda, uterine (endometrial) cancer shouldn't kill. Though one of the commonest causes of female cancers, it's signs and symptoms are pretty much easy to identify, especially in women who have undergone menopause....Bleeding after the menopause, persistent bleeding in between periods, etc should raise suspicion, and need immediate tests which is primarily an ultrasound scan, keyhole camera into the womb and sample of womb tissue, but NO!!!! there are no such services or awareness in Nigeria. I'm gutted.
ReplyDeleteI must say pumpin thank u for that breif lecture am not even aware of it till now. May her gentle soul continue rest in peace. The fashion industries will really miss and there can never be another "Remi".

Rip ma

It really is so sad to know she has passed away due to this dreaded disease. It saddens me the way cancer is taking so many people. What we need to do is play our own part by eating less of junk foods, avoiding environmental toxins and processed foods as much as possible, building our immune system ,in fact make our bodies stay as ALKALINE as possible because all our environment is about these modern days are acid forming junk and this what causes diseases.Thats why this cancer thing is so on the rampage now than back in the days.Too much toxins out there. Then we should leave the other part to God who is the Giver and Taker of Life and pray He protects us from all these .May her soul RIP.Amen
ReplyDeleteso sad may her soul RIP
ReplyDeleteMay her soul rest in peace,@ the person that said always do a pap-smear ,do your research well,pap-smear nor does not detect ovarian cancer.ovarian cancer is a silent killer.Father please may there be a cure to this disease.rest in peace.
