The producers of Omotola's reality show, IFactory Live, have released stunning new photos of the star actress and also revealed the date her reality show will debut.

Omotola: The Real Me debuts on Africa Magic Entertainment (DSTV 151) on December 6the 2012. Another photo after the cut...

    Reality shows have been the ruin of many relationships between parents and children, husbands and wives, friends etc. I don’t know why she felt the need for this and of course we know it is all heavily scripted because Nigerians aren’t wont for being truly open and honest about their situations. They will present what they want the world to see with a few scripted dramatic moments. Is this a good look for Omotola? Frankly, I doubt. The thing that made stars great back in the day prior of course to Elizabeth Taylor was the MYSTERY that surrounded their lives which made people clamour to know more about them. The few stars that have managed to do that in Nigeria has been Genevieve Nnaji, Rita Dominic, Nse Ikpe Etim, Ms. Joke Silva, Bimbo Akintola to mention a few. We do not much about their personal lives past and present. We know bits and pieces but not the whole shebang which helps to maintain interest. The likes of Ini Edo, Tonto Dikeh, Mercy Johnson, Stephanie Okereke Idahosa Linus, Mona Lisa Chinda, Stella Damasus have had too much of their personal lives in the news, it has stripped that unattainable status away from them and I do believe that is what this reality show is going to do for Omotola.
    There is something to be said for accessibility with stars, approachability but when you give TOO much access then what sets you apart from a regular Jill on the block?
    Good luck though, girl…hustle on, hustle the hell on!

    Some of you need to be schooled in the art of entertainment. Do you see Omotola dressing indecently live? As in when she goes out or attends functions?
