    5. Is everybody is meant to be big, slim, tall or fat? If ur answer is no, please go and slap your mother....... Who says they are unhealthy? A friend of mine had this condition, can't remember the name, it has to do wiv the hormones. It was when she traveled abroad she found out that it is not only food that makes people big cus she hardly eats so she kept wondering where the weight was coming from, they gave her some powerful drugs which corrected the hormonal imbalance. A lot of people have that problem but don't no. All u idiots talking about unhealthy, are slim or skinny people healthy?

  18. We will soon have Mr or Miss Stupid contest! All these contests and reality shows sef. We better start encouraging productivity, ingenuity and intelligence. I am waiting for the time when the new face of a mega company will be a student or don who invented or improved on an idea... or an artisan who did something unique. We have them but we dont value them...

  19. The FAT is making dem look older than their actual age. Make dem reduce am small cos its so unhealthy.

  27. They were actually brave and confident to go for the pagent, that's really good.. Congrates to them.. Y'all saying they should hit the gym should shut it,some people are born that way,all they can do is watch it so it doesn't affect there health.. The only time is advisable to over work urself out is if u were slim and put on weight all of a sudden.. But they people born with fat can only do normal and regualar exercise and avoid some certain meal but they would never be slim, its just to help there health..

    ReplyDelete
  28. I think they should introduce DANCE YOUR ASS OFF what the americans did to encourage overweight pple to shed weight through exercise programs and dance. Better than telling them to come and be miss big abi miss orobo. The 19yr old is not just big but obese seeing that she is not even tall. This doesnt have anything to do with confidence biko.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Wow I like their confidence, fat ppl need 2 be encouraged anyway. Am big bold and beautiful and I like my stature anyway cos fat girls set pass lapa

    ReplyDelete
  30. not sexy for me at all...

  32. For everyone of you discriminating this big, bold n beautiful girls, there has to be something stupidly wrong with your sense of reasoning... D'you know wot it takes to be pretty , big n still be confident... U pple r just hypocrites...

    ReplyDelete
  35. I sincerely think y'all should think before commenting. There's nothing funny about this post.

You should at least admire their confidence...Yes, their size is unhealthy but you do not know the efforts they are putting into reducing and do you think they do not have low self esteem already because of their size?.

Most of them did not make themselves that way. its basically the genes, that's why I do not encourage the marriage of two big people bcos this above would most likely be the end result. The same way we consider the genotype in marriage, we should also consider the body build so as to reduce the number of obese people in the long run.

I am skinny and even too skinny for my liking but I have siblings on the big side tho not as big as the ones above but I know how they feel and trust me, they do not eat half of what i take in but yet... I guess that's the irony of life.

    NO ONE IS PERFECT!

  42. @ kendra go and do ur research, fat pple can loose weight weda dey wr born wit it or it was bestowed upon dem. Check out d lyks of monique jennifer hudson even khloe kardarshian. We nigerians jus lack health discipline nd d right info

    1. Fat pple are all over the world. U need to do ur research, for jennifer hudson, are u deluding urself tht its only d gym tht worked without surgery? Then Khloe Kard is not fat, she has big bones. No matter d weight she loses, she will still b big.
Why is it that there are always insults and abuses majorly on blogs.Sensible and senseless people must make comments everytime. Eg Billie Jean.

linda the 19yrs need help. no jokes.

  49. Linda, so what of us that is in d middle. We no fat reach like this, we no slim reach to do other pageants. Abeg make them do Miss Medium abeg, this cheating is getting too much oh. I am happy they are proud of themselves though, not everyone is naturally slim and if you are big, love and embrace yourself but stay healthy

    ReplyDelete
  50. Geeeez!! Let's tell ourselves the truth, these ladies are obese!! This kinda competition should not be encouraged...its not cool in my own opinion. I'm sorry, but people really need to be aware of what obesity does to the human body and especially the organs of the body. For crying out loud, they're too young to be this size! They're like ticking early death bombs. We seriously need shows like "The biggest loser" or "Dance your ass off" in this country if that's the only way people need to understand why we need to pay more attention to our bodies.

    ReplyDelete
  51. If u'r ok being slim, and they feel ok being big, what then is your problem? How come u guys are trying so hard to make them feel bad about themselves. And those blabbing about health, maybe before u die all d fat pple for this world go don die first. Rock on girls, no let them" quench ur fire"
