But Blake might face some kind of sanction from the International Olympic committee (IOC) for wearing the watch because Richard Mille is not an official Olympic sponsor. Omega is the official watchmaker of the Olympic Games. Athletes are supposed to only wear clothes from sponsors

ReplyDelete*long hiss* all dis jewellers with dia absurd hype... If dat watch dat i see is $500k den am santa's beloved son!
ReplyDeleteThat's not true. Athletes can wear clothes from other designers, they just can't promote it. Hence the reason Nike is being considered a genius for its neon yellow shoes that most athletes are wearing.
ReplyDeleteyea
ReplyDeleteMake a mark in your career and someone will be dashing you stuff worth millions. How is it his fault that he was given a $500k Wwatch; in the same manner, how is it Linda's fault that she wears weaves worth thousands of naira????
ReplyDeleteif true then that is one over priced watch ...... 500k for a piece of plastic watch . Epic fail
ReplyDeleteso it is a crime to wear wrist watch again nah wah ohhh
ReplyDeletethis watch 500K dolla this must be wrong as it looks like a 10 dolla watch
ReplyDeleteRichard Mille - the king of supersonic pieces. Rafa Nadal wears one on the ATP circuit, Bubba Watson wears one on PGA tour and Felipe Massa wears one on the F1 circuit. Half a mille piece.
ReplyDeleteGreat athlete, love the chemistry and team work between him and Bolt!
ReplyDeleteIt was great publicity for the watch brand but athletes are allowed to wear non-endorsed brands as long as it's in their country flag's colours, so it should be fine.
Appreciate your spouse this week; it's the Celebration of Marriage Week!

That guy gives me fever!
ReplyDeleteIf he's worked hard to get such an amount to spend on a wrist watch , y blame him ?
ReplyDeleteIt's not his watch. Richard Mille gives athletes the watch to wear for adverts and they return it. Nadal has one too. Blake certainly cannot afford to buy that watch even if he has the money.
ReplyDeleteMr blake dont be stupid, invest instead of embrasing waistage. How many rich white folks spend rediculous amount of money on a watch. B this is the fastest way back to poverty estate and i dont think you would like to go back there again. So Be wise
ReplyDeleteIf he's making money y shld he nt spend money on himself?? U can spend money on urself n still b charitable. There's no law dt says u can't do both
Deletena lie
