  8. ONOME says........
The more I see glimpses of man's inhumanity to man,the more I become convinced that a new wind MUST blow across the land or else.....

From the 3 men who tried to pilfer from their fellow "brother" to the mob who took matters into their hands and decided to serve "justice" hot hot to the "police" who could not do anything....

    What a vicious circle.

  10. This aint nice, at all! The people who are doing the real thievery are out there in the name of politicians, these men are just as frustrated with the system as with many other nigerians.

This whole 'Jungle justice' thing would have been better if they were carrying human parts or something like that... Seriously, this is bad!

But these "one chance" pple are too many in abuja sham everybody wants to make quick money no matter hw ruthless it gets...
I hope dis wud be a lesson to their other colleagues.

  16. Saw the pictures & think they deserve more than that... They shuda set dem ablaze, no time to waste! Wat if they were ritualist & was going to kill that guy? Or forcefully push him out of a moving vehicle & he dies in d process? Jungle justice is actually d best.. Atleast wen u fink of hw u gonna die wen u are caught commiting the crime.. U won't dare try it! #Teamjunglejustice

  24. This is inhumane. Why do Nigeria's have to act like this. Yes they stole and they are guilty of that but does that mean you beat them till they bleed and die.
Those carrying out this act have committed worse crime in their life time than what these guys have done. Instead of us trying to make our country and system better, we are the one using our hands to destroy it.
And I don't even know what to say to those watching.
No wonderful our own generation would rather claim other countries than be associated with their own..

This is really a shame and I hope we try and improve our country instead of damaging it even more cause I really don't know what example we are setting for the next generation.

  25. Dont think i support jungle justice, they should ve been handed over to the police. The only situation where i wont mind this type of treatment is if one or more of those damn suicide bombers are caught. Those ones deserve this type of death.

  26. While i don't condole mob action if you have ever fallen victim to this people you will understand the crowd anger..We know the country is hard but to take to crime and rob folks who are just trying to survive in harsh environment is no excuse.

  27. Hmmm am lost for words, what a way to die, what a shameful death. I pray dis should serve as a lesson to others like them, that was how they dispossesed my dad of his car last year at the Federal secretariat. Live by d sword die by d sword.~BONARIO~says so via NOKIA.

  37. Too horrible!!! Never you ever dare MOB no matter what. I was almost lynched because an Okada guy hit me from behind and injured himself while I slowed down on a junction to check on coming traffic from other corners.I later parked and observed if there are damages on my car neglecting the okada guy lying on the floor. Immediately I switched on my engine to continue my journey since he was the one at fault because of his speed, some guys from a nearby BAR just rushed Me. MOB action is EVIL, Say NO to junggle justice. @emmaseremo and I will follow back

  40. The people hv lost hope in the police, so they took laws into their hands. If it wr lag this hpnd, they woulda bin roasted alive!
I encountered them in 2007 in wuse2. The scary looking one came out from d trunk wt a gun. They took my bag n pushed me out! Twas quite scary! Dunno if this is recent, cos I heard abt this awhile ago. if it is, I'm sure we'll hv sm peace 4a while, but if it is not, others didn't learn from this as they r still very much around! They've even tkn to snatching bags wt green cabs n if u try to struggle, they'll use a dagger on ur hands or punch u real hard! Pls always try to check the trunks of cabs, no matter the time of day, cos mine hpnd mid evening at almst 4pm, and if its dz populated cabs, jst be careful, cos apart from stealing, ritualists r on d prowl too. May God keep us safe.

  41. I can never condone acts like this. And for a society so steeped in religion, I can't believe others praise the public murder of thieves.

Though I hate being religious and "preachy", MURDER IN ALL ITS FORMS IS AGAINST THE WILL OF GOD.

In trying to do right, these people got the blood of another on their hands. I wonder what they will say when God asks them what possessed them to kill (I'm sure that's what eventually happened) the thieves.

That is where u'l see dem when it comes 2 beating up people and shit. U might thnk some of dem its cos of justice, most of d people beatin r just touts. *hiss*
