Bishop Oyedepo Builds Mega Secondary School in Gowon Estate

The Winners Chapel General Overseer, who takes education very seriously, is building a mega secondary school facility located at Gowon Estate in the Alimosho local government area of Lagos State.

The new building, which is nearing completion, is said to have over 100 classrooms.

The Bishop has already established the Kingdom Heritage Model Schools in different cities in Nigeria for primary education, Faith Academy; a missionary full boarding secondary school, and Covenant University.

I hope the school fees are affordable for the average Nigerian??If the schl only caters for the creme de la creme of the society then the whole scheme becomes hypocritical because we onow the breakdown of the few rich Nigerians:some really hardworking ones and others who are stealing public money.

  43. Honestly I have noticed that Nigerians worship pastors not God ,they can never say or see the truth when it comes to so called men of God ,in those days missionary schools are built to give education to the less privileged, now in my own generation ,churches build schools with congregation offerings ,tithe and so called kingdom offering ,yet 70% of average church goer can't afford to send their child to that same school, yet the sowed seeds in that same church, and some lib readers will open there mouth and say is it your ten ten naira offering that built the schools ,if you ten ten naira offering isn't valuable to them why do dey put body guards near the offering box ,why don't they stop taking offerings .why do they use bomb detectors ,why are they afraid of boko haram ,in the house of GOd yet they are afraid to die ,is time all this fake Christianity should stop in Nigeria and lets face facts and truth.covenant university is about 600k naira. All the facilities in that university was built and put in place by church money ,how much do the lecturers earn .abegii make hypocrite make una park well, even Indian wey dey worship idol better pass Nigeria .

  49. I think it is sad that Nigerians have been so psycologically battered and bruised that they can no longer appreciate good things even when they are right before their eyes. What is wrong with a Bishop building schools and setting an excellent example on how to develop the next generation?

  56. ONE said: some folks are so ignorant. Of course muslims are allowed to attend those schools. for some of you saying its church money, nah your money? is it the 20 naira and fifty naira you give during offerings that will be used to build such schools? Before opening your smelly mouths to abuse a servant of GOD, think!

  57. what is the main mission of a man of God? Sharing the gospel! gospel is simply GOODNEWS! to a hungry man, d only goodnews he wants to hear is "have this food', a homeless woman wants to hear 'i ve got a home for u', a poor child wants to be catered for, have a descent education! i dont see why a man of God will use church funds to build a school that even members cant afford to send their children to,own a private jet when most of his members cant boost of a 3 square meal(i know many winners members that cant),own an airline! am not tryna judge or condemn but i think most of these men of God are shifting away from their priorities!

  60. I think the Nigerian government should start taxing churches and other religious organisations that are into money-making ventures. Their accounts should also be made public record.

I am so tired of seeing people who cannot afford 3 square meals or a reasonable life, contributing to places where the leaders are ROLLING in luxury. I can't find any example in the Bible from the lives of Jesus or any of the Apostles. If anyone knows of any such, please post it here o. So I can learn!
