Lil Kim's new face

The 37 year old rapper was photographed in LA recently with puffy facial features; puffy cheeks, altered lips, uneven brows, and a much smaller nose.

She's had a lot of work done on that face of hers over the years but the latest one has really altered her old look. Plastic surgeons in LA say her new look is an example of surgery gone bad and are worried the singer has suffered some sort of muscle or nerve weakness due to her numerous cosmetic procedures. They said her lower lip on the left side is not working well.

    WOW...I DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS THINKING WHEN SHE DID ALL THIS!! I THINK SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL THE WAY SHE WAS IN THE BEGINNING!! AFTER THE FIRST NOSE JOB, I WAS LIKE..SHE DIDN'T NEED THAT! SHE LOOKED FINE BEFORE!...BUT I THOUGHT ATLEAST IT WASN'T TOO MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE...BUT NOW, SHE DON'T EVEN LOOK ANYTHING LIKE HERSELF & ALL THAT PLASTIC SURGERY HAS MADE HER FACE LOOK REALLY WEIRD...THAT SUX...SHE MESSED UP A PERFECTLY GOOD FACE :(
