The house doesnt not have the constitutional power to summon the president. its called separation of powers. They can summon members of the executive arm but not the President. This is playing to the gallery. They can issue a resolution.

From my point of view, I feel d northerners are working against GEJ.. Why is it dat it is when GEJ travelled to brazil dat d attack started???
