Igbo fathers no dey gree release their daughters esp if the man is not igbo. Plus it's your girls that go the extra mile to trap a man.. Get it?

There is nothing as good as marrying a wonderful man; he will support ur career, your dreams and will make u know u are the best thing in his life.

  44. Chei, see all these igbo women with yoruba men. Three of my aunty are also married to Yoruba men. What can I say, Yoruba men are the best.

    Congrats, bella naija.

    ReplyDelete
  45. The right question should be: why are Yoruba men marrying Igbo ladies these days? Are there things wrong/bad with Yoruba ladies??? That shld b d question! Most Igbos, their women esp., are naturally born-stars in their chosen fields. Perhaps, it partly explains why most South-South governors are also married to Igbo women. There is something special about them...am not Igbo, but I admire them alot!...IBISO.

  46. Okay Bode's father (Femi Pedro) can now buy Uche a nice Range Rover. A Nigerian girl's biggest fantasy come true. Marry the son of a "rich" man and you are set for life.

Well sha the babe fine no be small so at least the guy gets something in return. Hehe.

  52. Wow... Congrats Uche, feel humbled @ ur modesty, and I wish u all the best. My dearest linda, please tell God what u want, thank him and leave the rest to him. Was single, sad and tot it was because I was plump I had no man. Then I learnt to tell God, praise him and improve myself... I stoped complaining and when people ask me how is "he" I say he is fine. When my ex insulted me cos I refussed to go back to him.. I stood my ground cos I knew what I now want in a man with the help of the spirit. As I speak I av a man who drools over me and am the one doing "shakara" he wasn't physically wat I want in a man but his character is what I want in a husband and father. Soon you will find him he may not meet all u want but character is very important and u, be humble(know u are). God bless

  60. Igbo women and yoruba men have always married, nothing new.

The uncommon one is Igbo men and yoruba women, my parent are some of the few ones. Igbo and Edo women love them some Yoruba men. So, it's not only Yoruba men chasing after igbo women, Igbo women are actually chasing after Yoruba men too. I lived in Port Harcourt, Warri, most of the women there specifically wanted a Yoruba man because a lot of them were successful and are family men.

It has nothing to do with Yoruba women not being good enough, opposite attracts. It's good to see us put our differences aside and get along. Linda, your Yoruba man is on the way....lol or is it your naija Vin Diesel.

I be ibo gal, and yes i love moni but then i work hard for it. Furthermore, if a brother especially of the Yoruba tribe is reaady to spend his moni, who am i to say nope? am sure the yoruba sisters will be waiting to spend same so no need for hypocrisy naa!

BTW Congrats to Uche, wish her well. Linda no worry, ur own is on the way, maybe na Jamaica shaa the guy go come from, lol!

Who cares if Bella is full or not. Her dad is Nigerian, igbo. She's married to a Yoruba man with money, and they are both Nigerian. Africans always dividing themselves, no wonder the continent is left with nothing over stupid issues like Tribal wars/conflict.

    Congrats dear, you looked beautiful.

  71. eerrrrr..........................the yoruba girls are obviously "too full of shit" and their men are starting to catch the stink - so a yoruba guy told me not too long ago. besides the odds are packed against them alredi - igbo girl stick to one man, cook better, are cleaner (no jokes) and generally more responsible. noone's fault really.
