The Nigerian Communications Commission today declared Airtel the best mobile operator in Nigeria. In its audit report released today, NCC said Airtel recorded the best performance in call set up success rate, drop call rate, call completion rate and traffic channel congestion.
Why not make a complaint rather than type crap. I can't deny I enjoy the quality of service. I wrote a mail to them about network in my area and it was rectified in 24hrs that is service. Not by writing bullsh*t and think that would help

MTN is one network i won't even touch with a long pole and as for GLO? well someday they just might wake up to realize that they are meant to be the 2nd national carrier and that too late they lost the market.

ATOBATELE, Glo ke? my bbm service was off for 48hrs thanks to glo. couldnt forward my biz presentation to my partners in the u.s had to get an alternative to meet up deadline. just leave glo outta it. mtn the craziest.
Did u remove ur batry and fix back? It works back when dat happens. Av been using glo and its been generally fine. I hav mtn too, but I use that only for family and friend calls, else its just to receive. The network crap and their looting is worse than politicians.

I still believe that Etislat is the best of the lot. Have you tried streaming youtube? Fantastic. No freezing or buffering. Call rate too is cheap. I pay 20k a sec to all networks.

Well I use all networks for different reasons except airtel at the moment, even though I have used airtel in the past without issues. Yes I agree they are all criminals, but its a marketing strategy. When u get text mges from them to activate a service or promo, find out from their customer service before u go ahead cos the charges cld b crazy subsequently. I agree u may not reach their care centre ontime, but there are several mediums u can make inquiries, change ur language call frm english to a local one like yoruba or igbo just to get thru ontime and decide to speak in english wen u finally get thru, also ask for a mailing address to reach them too, go through their voice interactive response, dats another option. it is not until u talk to an agent directly. I swear the call centre is a market place and customers always get thru. There is no perfect service anywhere.
