  8. This guy was a top actor in his country! Nobody is indispensable but The Tanzanian Movie Industry will never be the same without him. He used to be in almost all of them as I watched Africa Magic Plus. Made an appearance on Big Brother Africa in 2010 or so. RIP Steve Kanumba. You may be gone, but not forgotten

  17. LINDa thanks for posting this we are touched...he was so much loved, he was humble, very down to earth, he was our Countrys pride because he represented us so well. nways we loved him but God loved him more. people were fainting because they were still in shock. his girlfriend is still with the police they will release her only after full investigation is completed. but meanwhile the first report says that he died due to 'Brain Concussion'which made him not to be able to breathe and they found out that his nails had turned blue and his brain had expanded and his kidneys were full of blood and looked like liver. so the investigation is still going to see if there was a possibility that he could have been poisoned(they took fluids from his eyes). so we are still waiting

  18. Sad sad death. But the fainting is as a result of heat stroke, coupled with emotional stress.

  42. Ah ah! See doctors without certificate in medicine! How do you know its the shock or the heat that made them faint? And you're saying it with great conviction! But wait first... what if it was his ghost that slapped them?

  48. The fainting was out of disbelief! Currently we have 3 women who committed suicide because of his death. 2 confirmed dead and 1 survived. The girlfriend was introduced to movie industry in a tender age by him. So this death and the manner he died has a lot of questions in our hearts. May his soul rest in peace amen

  49. He was the icon of the country being top in the field of film, his death was so abrupt that is why most of people fainted. R.I.P Kanumba
