  24. Happy birthday but i gotta ask, why would anyone in his/her right sense refer to a lady as the "elegant stallion"-translation- an elegant male horse that has not been gelded (castrated). C'mon people am I d only one dat finds dis really weird?!

  28. Happy Happy Birthday, Auntie o! I don't know why they call her an "Elegant Stallion" because Stallion is a male horse, if I am not mistaken. Elegant, she is but a stallion? That's just dead wrong LOL

  29. Dis lady is an icon! She really made an great impact on me, in d early 90s when I was still in secondary sch, tru her song on making calculated life choices, abstainance, avoiding unwanted pregnancies and casual sex etc. She even embarked on campaigns round most of d secondary schs in nigeria educating youths, especially young girls on d benefits of waiting and not having random sex and respecting their bodies. She came to my sch then in benin city. I held on tenaciously to her advise bcos then I wasn't educated at all abt sex by my parents or dat extensively by anybody and d choices b4 me but 4 her. I wuld say she was my major guide tru my teenage years and tru university. I'm eternally grateful to her and wuld transfer same knowledge and invaluable iife lessons to my daughter, who is 7yrs when it's time. She was my role model then and still is. I have a lot of respect 4 dis woman. Congrats, may u have blissful years ahead IJN!

  30. She has always been a source of inspiration to a lot of people including me. She is a strong and determined woman. She never lost focus and she brought her children up very well and kept them safe, away from scandal. Whatever her story is, she managed it well. Everyone can't have it all. She made the best use of what she had. I'm proud of you mam. I met her just once in her office on Isaac John and I remember telling her some of the things I wrote down here. Many happy returns, elegant stallion.

  33. LADIES TAKE NOTE THIS IS HOW TO LOOK AT 60 IF YOU DID NOT ABUSE YOUR BODY WITH ALCOHOL AND CIGARETTE BUT IF YOU DO YOU WILL NEED A WALKING STICK AND EYEGLASSES THEN!

    ReplyDelete
  34. See how her skin is flawless! I'm not trying to sound racist, but have you guys seen white people skin when they are on their 60's and even on their 50's, it looks like dry raisin!

  65. Why a woman should be called after a male horse beats my imagination. Elegant or not, a stallion is not a name for a woman.

    ReplyDelete
  67. @Anon callin Linda olodo. She didnt coin the term elegant stallion. Magazines have been callin her that for yrs. Someone explained here that the name was coined by the late Sunny Okosun. Unfortunately we cant ask him why
