I'm in the US, yay! lol. I left Nigeria Monday night, got here on Tuesday and been sleeping since I got here. The trip was so exhausting. I'm currently at my older sister's place in San Antonio, Texas. She lives here with her husband. Haven't seen her in almost three years..so excited!
I'll be going to Las Vegas, Miami, LA and DC in the coming days...so if there are any LIB readers in these cities, please holla at your girl (via email), let's hang out. I'm here for just two weeks, so let's get it popping...:-)
Though I'm here to relax, I will definitely be updating my blog...will find the time. I can't abandon you guys, love you too much! Kisses!!!

4:some peeps even mentioned God in thi whole thing.oh Blood of Jesus,this oyinbo don see us finish o.A bunch of really starved semi-illiterates/full blown illiterates who will remain their slaves,who feel better about themselves cos they have travelled to their country.Are you guys aware that Nigerians rich thieves spend the highest in London shops next to Brazil,Kuwait,Russia,?Meanwhile our GDP is much less than theirs and majority of Nigerians are poor and impoverished????
5:Noone talks of the cold in England and America,the uncomfortable cold.No one talks of the lack of warmth and camaraderie which is so lacking in these places.No one talks of the so expensive transportation,rent and cost of living in these places.NIGERIANS ARE SO BLIND
6:How many whites boast of coming to AAfrica,Nigeria etc.We make it seem as though WE ARE A BUNCH OF HOPELESS VACUOUS PEEPS
Well i have aired my mind.And for those who want to talk nonsense,i live in the UK,England to be precise.I live in a 5 bedroom house in the suburbs so i aint jealous of Linda.My family also make sure we visit Nigeria at least twice every year.NIGERIA IS MY HOME.I just seek a better life for my family and we do intend to come back to our country to stay,we however feel our children deserve so much better than Nigeria can offer.It's a choice we made and we owe no one any apologies for the way we live our lives!!!

United States of America is the best country in the world. I don't know what other country has the opportunities, and where an immigrant can succeed with hard work the way people do in America.
My Parent left Nigeria 25 years ago, if they were in Nigeria, they will not be where they are now.
So, Linda, welcome to America. I'm glad, you stepped out of your small world of Lagos, and you are in a DEVELOPED COUNTRY to see how underdeveloped Nigeria really is, and why we in the diaspora and the westerners are forever disappointed with the failed government in Nigeria. Also, why it's frustrating that a country like Nigeria with so much potentials continue to go downhill.
