Fire Outbreak at Wema bank Building Marina (Exclusive Photos)

Eyewitnesses say the fire started around 3pm this afternoon at the Wema Bank Building, Marina, Lagos, and fire fighters who arrived the scene a few hours ago have been unable to put it out, mostly because they have no space to get to it. You know the buildings are all packed together. They say the fire is almost spreading to the next building...but fire fighters are still there doing their best.

Gathered that the fire started from the generator house. Continue to see more photos...

  10. The report says there was no place to fire engine to move in. Lagos authority is sleeping. They don't care for safety norms, which are normal in all mega city across the world. In all high rise building there must be enough space around for fire engine to reach.

This should be eye opener for Lagos government.
