dis is sad.......guess he didnt stick to the dos and donts of diabetes,,,,it doesnt kill if only the patient adheres strictly to medical advice,,,,anywayz,, RIP
Lekan-Lekinson may your soul rest in perfect peace, God almighty will give all his family the strength to bear the lost. Death is not a Nollywood things alone its happening to thousand of people. Lets thank God for his mercy in keeping us all till now.
So sad about the death and the cause as well! RIP. Diabetic clients should be given and other manageable diseases should be given attention to by the state govt, like providing info, syringes or pen insulin to help pple who can't afford one. These are one of the measures govt and NGO can put in place to help but they won't do , only to collect money and pocket it.
i'm so sad 'cos there are alot of pple who want to come down and help out either with free medication or lectures, but some bad pple at the govt will stop it just to enrich themselves or even keep the medications for themsleves and families stating it's illegal...blah blah! diabetes can be managed, Type 1 or 2 with the right medication and info. HTN,CAD etc all can be managed and life could be prolonged but our system would rather wait till the person dies and then they'll start looking for measures.RIP MR Lekan, so sad!
May he rest in peace. Diabete can be managed with good diet, and life style change. The problem in naija is lack of education from our Gov. My dad has been diabetic for over 20 yrs now and he's managing it very well thank God. It's really sad when you hear people die from this. Am a volunter fundraiser for this cause and it's amazing how much Canadians are raising just to educate people.God have mercy on us
