These American magazine editors sit in their offices and look at online pictures of popular white/hollywood actors and give them "international" titles.
They should just say sexiest man in America because it's obviously only Hollywood people on that list.
He's an attractive man but not by world standard. Different people of different cultures don't appreciate the same thing. A Victoria's secret model may be part of a lot of White men's fantasies but not to the typical Jamaican or Nigerian man. They like lots of booty meat and fullness on their women. The Americans are very misleading which is why I don't take take their culture seriously. It's too commercialized and discriminatory.
