You think NDLEA will pay this money or it's play play? I don't recall Uzoma Okere collecting a dime of the 100million the courts awarded her last year.

Court orders NDLEA to pay Baba Suwe N25million as damages
You think NDLEA will pay this money or it's play play? I don't recall Uzoma Okere collecting a dime of the 100million the courts awarded her last year.
Good for them.
ReplyDelete25 million is still too small compared to the psychological trauma and ridicule he was subjected to.anyway Baba Suwe,25 million for 1 month in NDLEA custody ain't a bad deal either..
ReplyDeleteas Linda added...i hope they pay..coz this country get as e be~~~...
ReplyDeleteIts only God that knows if he truly commited the act. Also i dont trust some of the NDLEA officials. i sense some of them might have concealed the act
ReplyDeleteWho is fooling who? 25million my foot. He wont get a dime, all ds na just paparazzi....just to formalize it. NDLEA has bn settled.
ReplyDeleteLol..The armed 'tuff guys' with tacky gun sling....
ReplyDeletePS: Saw a docu last nite on travel channel some guy from Jamaica was caught with drug in his gut at heahtrow airport..he was sorted with 2hours
Linda abeg package fufu send for me make i chop go thru NDLEA scanner. Omo N25m for 3 weeks of shitting? Can they pay me N10 for 6 weeks???? I no run.
ReplyDelete@Atobatele; i agree with u 100%!!!
ReplyDeleteGood
ReplyDeleteIf its really true the money is good enough,if we don't know but know it now that body scanners ha effect on the body.In developed country if your being scanned and nothing is found you have the right to sue them to court not to talk of staying days in detention. My own is that let them not kill him.Baba suwe story to me is a fairy tale.He had drugs, some people has been bribed and everything wiped of.Anyway he should also be careful about kidnappers.Word
ReplyDeleteFoolishness....they are deceiving themselves...
ReplyDeleteD ques is dis who is telling d truth?an adage says everyday 4 d thief one day 4 d owner of d house.I believe dis babasuwe has been doing dis if not hw wud machine detect wt it did nt c?do u think d white men don't knw wt dey are doing,if am 2 say a dime shouldn't be given to him i don't knw wt sort of country is dis hw can 25m be given 2 smbdy wen d poor ones are out there suffering na wa o ave neva seen. That money shud be shared and given 2 d poor shekena
ReplyDeleteyeah i support notono dat man shud nt be given a dime, nonsense.
ReplyDeleteWho is babasuwe?abeg bring dt money let me use it n do better things, mtschhew.
ReplyDelete@ Atobatale stop being stupid and ignorant. I doubt you are an NDLEA officer to know exactly what happened so don't conclude anything. I honestly doubt NDLEA will taint their image this badly and publicise what they were not sure of.They thot they had a case, but they clearly made a mistake. A grave one at that. They SHOULD pay this man because no matter how they try to clear his name, there will be the likes of Atobatale who will forever link him to drugs. I used to ask myself why people make "akoba adaba, olorun maje a ri"(may God not let us be charged with a crime we didn't commit) a prayer point, now it makes a lot of sense. If you are charged with a crime that you honestly did not commit and it was the error of the arresting officer, you are tainted for life. Very sad. He has even aged. I suggest he move closer to God. That is the only One who can console him or make him genuinely happy again
ReplyDeletespeedy justice????? how come they havent delivered justice on the apo six? swines.

ReplyDeletelol 25M baba Suwe want to join d league of those wit Range rover sport i guess well remember Linda o n try pay ur tith into Linda ministry(Linda Blog)lol
ReplyDelete@Oluwashindara excellent point.. I don't know why we Nigerians always have to think that there is some back door being made everywhere.. The NDLEA made a big mistake and thats it, many organization both home and abroad make mistakes all the time and thats just the bottom line, They thought the saw something and they didn't.. The machine they are using is probably messed up.
ReplyDeletePay and say "our bad" and move on NDLEA!!
this is crazy section 251 (1)(m) 1999 constitution gives the federal high court exclusive jurisdiction to deal with matters relation to drugs so how can a court in ikeja hear the case. besides how can they award cost was the judge sleeping? what was the NDLEA established for?
ReplyDelete@Oluwashindara, spot on!
ReplyDeleteIt is a Law Court that can pronounce him guilty or innocent after analysing available evidence. By the rule of law, he was detained longer that he should by the Law Enforcement bodies, for this he deserves to be compensated.
ReplyDeleteYay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Baba millionaire.. thats Baba Suwe's next movie title. Dont worry about their not paying, Baba suwe belongs to a group of actors, they would hound them until they pay.
