Walk Against Rape: Police in Abia abort women's protest
Meanwhile the walk in Abia that was supposed to take place yesterday in the state was aborted by the police. As over 300 women arrived the state govt house to begin the walk, they were taken to the central police station in Abia where they were told that they can't protest and were not welcome in the state. The women had no choice but to all go home.
