  9. @Adunni, and your point being?...even if indeed the models are fat, are you saying the designer's creativity couldnt had been geared towards a certain genre for a collection? The pics are very reflective of regular ppl and actually makes the designs more appealing to a regular clientele. Inbtw what is considered fat sef?
Kindly support another's hardwork with constructive criticisms and not negativity.Nice one House of Silk! Cheers

  12. Na so i go buy tailor made dress for 25k when i can get my own tailor to sew what i want for me for 5k. you ppl r just funny sef.

It was just recently one of the RHW of beverley hills said that she has a personal tailor who made one of her evening dresses and even amended her designer dresses.

Prior to that you would think all their clothes where made by designers.

Do u think she doesnt know the way to Largerfield's office.
Abegiiii Kay, lets go patronize our tailors jareee

This design are great most especially the african fabics used. The models brings out the beauty of the dresses and the designs. Moreover i think our designers or fashion outfit should try and bring down the prices of this lovely dresses so that it can be more affordable to the lady on the street. No one will wear our designs but us Nigerians.

  19. The pieces are ok but the problem I have with our Nigerian "designers" is their prices. Even though there's nothing overtly unique or expensive about the fabric they use, they still overprice the finished product. I am almost certain that the prices start from N25k and above. So, as much as I would love to patronise HOS, I don't think I shall. I work hard for my and i am a salary earner...
