  12. What integrity? This man's company lies about box office numbers. He has never done anything to improve anyone in his life except take from people. What happened to Silverbird Kenya, what happened to Silverbird Bayelsa... Why is it not open after this man got billions to build it.

  14. Why the bitterness?! I don't understand our obsession with money and material thing...you gotta love our blind / mindless faith in religion in this country.
Regardless of the ill-made comments, the win is in the bag...don't be mad at your father's inadequacy!

  22. Here comes the joker in the race...

I like Ben Murray-Bruce. He's quite suave and he knows how to make money. He has the money for a campaign (oil block and things) but as he's a money making machine, he will add more to his coffers!

Plus, anybody has to be better than TimiPREY Sylva and Timi Alaibe (perpetual bridesmaid for the seat.) Sylva is toast and GEJ has made sure he's burnt toast.

  24. Strange comments from fellow nigerians crying out for developement and change.
Look inwards and ask yourselves why you choose to be negative. A positive outlook can create the change we desire. Stop dreaming and start acting. Bayelsa will be great with men at the helm.

Let the common man chop from the money he stole from NTA, to all other Fed Govt unfinished projects...at the end he wont get the nomination. ha ha ha ha ha.

  27. LOOK im ready to FIGHT any hater of Bruce here o. Linda dis one no be say na mouth,. This man is a visionary and enlightened. He is precisely what Bayelsa needs at this point in time. Trust me, as a Bayelsan, i know wht im talking about. If he wants to chop money let him, but one thing is for sure. The state would be a lot better. Please if you have any information on his campaign office or campaign team kindly post. I want to get involved in this campaign and contribute my own quota to getting Ben bruce elected come 2012.

Please hurry and come to Bayelsa. That state desperately needs enlightened men to turn it around. The guys currently in power can't find their way around even if they had the sun as their torchlight

  29. seriously when I 1st saw it online, I'm like whats the man looking for in politics, concidentally I just watch him tonight on STV been interviewed. He's educated and he's knows the right thing to do and what the masses want. I will personally vote for him. He's brilliant with a good idea

  30. Has he even visited his village? Do his village people know him? Someone that has lived in Lagos and abroad all his life and never has had any impact or contribution to his home state "Bayelsa" all of a sudden wants to run for governor??? From WHERE??? HOW???

As much as I like him, I am not sure he understands the people or the terrain he is about to deal with in Bayelsa and in Nigerian Politics.

At least with Timi Alaibe you can see what he was able to do with NDDC. The little roads and bridges built are what he could do from his situation. Ben on the other hand, like I said no contribution in his whole life to Bayelsa at all. Even the cinema they promised to built doesn't have foundation. It really doesn't show that he cares and from that point of view I say its a horrible choice for him. Maybe he is just looking to join Timi as running mate. They could make a good team. Anyways the more good people to run the race the better. Maybe other lost Bayelsans can join too.

  31. Nigerians, I know your tired of all these greedy miscreants calling themselves politicians but what's the difference between an educated thief and an ignorant one. A thief is a thief, we all know what's he's done with NTA and went scotch free. He's going to do exactly the same thing in bayelsa. A couple of superficial film tricks so u think he's doing something great while him and his greedy, pompous family steal and steal. Don't know what the ans is but I definitely know its not this THIEF

  32. I can't understand most nigerians r so daft..some1 has distinguishd himself as an enterprenuer n also has majority of his investment in Nig..n sm pple tink He shouldn't contest cos he's nt a tout..dt tot is too primitive n vry unfortunate..I wish Ben well..I trust
he cn mk a difference..duke ws also critised dt he doesn't kw hs villa..but tday hs landmark achievements in Cal is still glarn for all to C....Ben fire down joor..ur my candidate
