New Video: Tolu Odukoya ft Onyeka Onwenu - Gifted & Proud
This song is about my journey after I lost my precious mother and to encourage you to be proud of the gift God has deposited in you..No one is without a gift what's yours? - Tolu Odukoya
i love the song, the girl is stunning, her being born again is more stunning...i need her facebook Id. Onyeka onwenu spoilt the song o!i love the song, the girl is stunning, her being born again is more stunning...i need her facebook Id. Onyeka onwenu spoilt the song o!
Snif... In loving memory of a beautiful woman of God (Pastor Bims). I see her so much in Tolu, the resemblance is quite obvious. Great inspiring song, well done beautiful. God bless u.
haba dan how dd Onyeka spoilt d song? her appearance actuall moved me to tears...if u follow d lyrics u wld know that Onyeka represented d image of her mum...whom she wl v loved to appear like that but no more...continue to RIP PBO
this is awesome, and the Legend her self added a beautiful touch to the the song . Her mum will be proud where she is and am so proud of them. Their mum's legacy live on wendu
Heaven is rejoicing for this exquisite song. This child is indeed gifted, her mother must be smiling down from heaven, and petitioning God for her dear daughter..this is priceless!!!
a very good and inspiring song, actually shed tears wen i listened to the lyrics.u could feel the intensity of the passion from that song.lovely song.RIP pastor Bimbo.
Onyeka appearance on this video actually added spark to the song....the song itself is motivational just like the messages of pastor bimbo herself.....she truely lives on
Tolu. Your mother blessed my life. Her preaching helped me choose the right spouse in spite of the fact that I came from a dysfunctional broken home with a really bad father and didn't know where to start from. My husband is A truly God fearing man like your dad who I've been married to for a decade. She inspired me much. We are all proud of you. God bless you. God bless the legend Onyeka. Beautiful song!!!!
That TOLU is born again xtian is what i love more about her......@ONYEKA owenu,,,i love this woman...........RIP(pastor Bim)That TOLU is born again xtian is what i love more about her......@ONYEKA owenu,,,i love this woman...........RIP(pastor Bim)
I am literally in tears watching this...onyeka part is what moved me to tears cos i see her hugging her and wished/envisioned her hugging pastor bimbo. i can't stop crying...one day at a time, we will leave this world.
ehya i didn't know that pastor bimbo was deceased i always used to enjoy her preaching when i was still in naija, please can someone tell me how and when she died? Anyways the song is nice hope she makes it big in her music career.
I saw dis song d very first day she(Tolu) posted it on fb her wall. it's such an amazing song.... she is so fun and humble dat she wrote to me and said thank you.... I love her and the whole family of Odukoya. I got emotinal wen i saw the three brothers singing, God it's so..... unexplicable
Thanks linda for posting this song was thinking you weren't going to when I made a comment for you to post it love the part when tolu was on the organ and jimi and tobi were dancing to the song,I don't think I can ever forget mummy lai lai never,I was crying unconsciously when I saw that clips of pastor b in that video, lots of love @ toluwani
This song is making me to fall unloved with pastor bimbo all over again....even in her grave, her works still speak for her....rest in peace, people's pastor...your seeds are carrying your banner high
This brought tears to my eyes. i am encouraged once more to teach my kids the word of God even more cos the seeds we sow will surely bear fruits. one day i will not be here for them also, but if they know who they are in christ, i know they will be do just fine #tears...
I soaked on Pastor Bimbo's teachings online here in Yankee over and over way before meeting my husband. I bought her books. Unfortunately being away from the country, I didnt get to know off her till she had already passed. Such an amazing woman, she made me realize one can be a Christian woman with class, and to treat myself with dignity and men would take notice. The man known as my husband did, and I'm so blessed and thankful.
This song warms my heart. Her voice radiates with beauty...she is her mother's daughter. I love Onyeka, she reminds me of my mother, my childhood. Her presence provides the motherly love, that Tolu sings of, Onyeka is a legend, just as Pastor Bimbo is...even greater in death, than she was in life. Makes me want to ask, what is your legacy? All I want to be known as is a child of God, and that I did all that He has called me to do on this earth. I am gifted and proud to be His own, His daughter, made in His image, bought with the most precious blood. Thanks for the reminder Tolu. Thank you for sharing your mother with us. God bless you
I don't know, but i found it uninspiring. Onyeka's presence was the best thing in the video. But tolu's voice is at best mediocre... Wish her all the best
i sing same as tolu and she has inspired me with this song! i just discovered that you dont have to have a mariah carey kind of voice inorder to sing for God! thanks tolu i know your mum is with the lord
Her voice sounds amazing. this is a lot nicer than the initial pastor j one where it seemed like they were showing off. I pray she suceeds as a gospel singer if thats what she wants. featuring Onyeka was a smart move. all in all, its a lovely song
Believe it or not, it did not even click to me that she was Pastor B's daughter. Yes! even with the last name clearly written there. Afterall there are many Odukoya's in the Nigeria abi?
That said, the girl can sing! When I saw Pastor B's picture in the clip, that was my aha! moment. But before seeing Pastor B's pic, I had already resolved to replay the song over and over again.
Tolu, great job here, very touching and I was so happy to see your siblings singing with you. God bless you girl, you have just reassured me that at this point in my life, with God's grace, I am making the right choices.
Good Job Tolu....... Fountaineers in diaspora are proud of you. Thanks for keeping th vision alive....Pastor Bims poured all out to you guys( Tolu,Jimmy& Tobi) keep doing her proud.....
Bimbo Odukoya, May your soul rest in perfect peace.
Her children are simply beautiful. I like the song, stay strong Tolu, mama is watching, and she's proud of you. I like how the children stay grounded, her brother is very handsome and talented too.

ReplyDeleteOh wow, wonderful song. She's sooo pretty, RIP Pastor Bimbo.
ReplyDeleteTolu needs to work on her low notes though, and like someone else said - the crowd was unnecessary. Very impressive!

Jesus rocks. I'm glad she's repping God. Shows you can be beautiful and classy and still be a Christian
ReplyDeleteAm at my desk and just saw tears running down my face. Tolu your mom would have been so proud of you. God answered her prayers on you.
ReplyDeleteAny Nollywood actor and actress that cannot sing like this should NOT bother to bribe people in order to release useless records.
ReplyDeleteTolu can really sing and it is not because she is late Pastor Bimbo's daughter.
She should continue singing because god has opened a good profession for her. Very good. I hope the CD/DVD is sold online.
I am in tears.. I love the song, am gifted and Proud. Pastor Bimbo did a great Job with her children. Heavens continue to favor her. Love you always.
