Shade Okoya Abandons Father's House...as one storey building rots away

 Story by societynowng.com.
Gone and forgotten appears the case of the father of Shade, the wife of billionaire business mogul, Rasaq Okoya and his property.  The property is a one-story building located around Oke Afa round about, Isolo, Lagos. It is directly beside a huge refuse dump that mars the environment in all ways possible. The border between the house and the refuse dump is such that resident of the place suffers from the offensive odor from the waste ground twenty four hours a day- and the dump cuts them off from civilization from the other side. Shade’s father was a resident of the place before he died.

  1. Linda, don't bother with such useless news on your blog. Is Sade from a polygamous family like me? If she is then I would abandon the building too.

Junk journalism is A1 in Nigeria today. I have done the same and I am from a famous family. I don't care because it is better to keep away than risk untimely death. You can never please greedy wives.

  2. How is that a one storey building when it clearly has two floors?

  3. @ 1976 I'm sure you live in the US, in other parts of the world the ground floor is not usually counted.

  5. So what is she supposed to do? Rebuild the house of a man that properly neglected her when she was young, forcing her to do runs and marry a sugar daddy old enough to be her grandfather? Linda leave matter! The man has other children... probably sons! Let them go and 'rebuild' his house! She's at least taking care of her mother who lives with her so what's the problem? Some people sha! Mtcheeeew!

  11. What has the house got to do with her? So because she is 'Mrs Okoya' she is expected to come and renovate a family house. Has the man not got sons? Would she have been reckoned with ordinarily if not for the 'Okoya' name? They forgot all the atrocities they probably committed against her while growing up.
Linda I respect you pass this wan now!
PS: I do not know nor like Sade but truth must be told as Bebe said.

  12. Linda, the house is next to a garbage dump. Who wants to live next to that? And why is it Sade's responsibility to resolve this problem? I don't know why people can't just get over the fact that Sade chose to marry into a polygamous family. After all, she herself is from one. Let her be!

  13. So the foolish gold digger came from humble beginnings and now she walks and moves around naija, Dubai, U.K Spain, Saudi etc as if she grew up with a silver spoon in her mouth. I hate young females who marry married grandfathers with more than 2 wives...WHat she is looking for in that household she will eventually find...anyways make I no knock her hustle. It is where she makes her bread

  15. @ Name Talkam Sept 2011, forget story o. Not many people around have 'tushed' background o. In fact many people around grew up under 'ras' and deprived circumstances. Even some of those people on the Lagos social scene, etc. And everyone knows that Shade Okoya does not come from a priviledged family. neither does she or has she ever claimed to come from such a family nor is she a loud person. please leave her alone. its her life. She took a decision for her self and its her business, more so they are muslims and thats not necessarily an issue with muslims
